For precision payloads such as LiDAR, multispectral cameras, and inertial navigation systems, we provide shockproof liners with precise die-cutting based on the instrument’s three-dimensional profile (commonly using high-density foam or customized EVA), achieving millimeter-level fit to ensure protection from vibration and impact during transportation and field operations.

The enclosure design incorporates quick-operation thinking. We can integrate rainproof sealing strips, pneumatic balance valves, an integrated handle and wheel system, and create a well-organized internal layout, enabling pilots to set up and take down equipment in the shortest time possible, thereby improving operational efficiency.

The enclosure is made of engineering-grade PP material, offering excellent high and low temperature resistance (maintaining stable performance in the range of -40°C to 80°C) and chemical corrosion resistance. Combined with an IP67 sealing standard, it can effectively withstand windblown sand, rain, salt spray, and humid corrosive environments at sea.

For the complete drone system (including the aircraft, multiple batteries, controllers, spare propellers, tools, and accessories), we offer a multifunctional partitioned integrated case. The internal compartments can secure each component and optionally come with EMI (electromagnetic interference) lining materials to provide extra protection for sensitive electronic equipment.
