Our standard process is: Requirement Discussion → Proposal & Quotation → Confirmation & Deposit → Design & Sampling → Mass Production → QC & Shipping. Lead time for standard customization is typically 15-30 days. Complex projects are evaluated case by case. We offer an expedited channel for urgent requirements.
For standard models, the MOQ is typically 50-100 pieces. For deep customization projects (especially those involving new molds or special materials), the MOQ will be higher accordingly. We strive to accommodate various needs, and welcome your specific inquiry.
General Questions
Our standard cases are rated at IP67. This means they are completely dust-tight and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. We also offer customized solutions for even higher protection levels upon request.
Our primary material is high-strength Engineering Polypropylene (PP). It offers excellent impact resistance, tolerance to extreme temperatures, and chemical resistance, while being lightweight and durable — making it ideal for industrial and outdoor applications.
We offer dozens of standard sizes, from portable instrument cases to large trolley cases (please refer to our product catalog).
